Exporting to JPG: Drop Shadow missing

Hello all,

 

So, I'm trying to export to a jpg a plan view with walls and symbols that have a drop shadow on them. 

 

Looks perfect in the VW file but when exported, some of the drop shadow is missing.... or none of the drop shadow is shown.  

Works well with a PDF (drop shadow is shown) but I'm curious why it's missing in the jpg.  

 

Read some of the issues on the forum but didn't really see any solution.  

 

Using VW 2018 right now...Will hope to upgrade to 2019 after this project is done.  Unless this drop shadow issue has been fixed in '19, then I'm about to make a jump sooner.
