viewport classes and workgroup references

Hi All

I'm having a silly problem with viewports and w.group references.

Using the viewport class button I cannot control the class visibilities of two specific classes that occur in the workgroup reference.

Yet, using the main class dialog, I can control the visibilites of the two classes.

Is there a bug with viewports and workgroup references?

Hi Mat, sorry to say I don't have the problem on my Windows machine that you are getting. My OIP controls WGR classes as I would expect.

I tried to replicate the problem with a new file, but couldn't. But I am not just dreaming, and I hope I'm not making some silly mistake.

Here's the picture of the viewports classes dialog - click the pictures to see full size in a pop-up window;

And here's when I use the standard classes dialog to control the visibility;

What version of VW and what OS are you running?

There were some incompatibilities between the "master" Class settings and the Viewport settings in v11 that were resolved in v11.5. Is this by chance a file started in v11?

vwa 11.5 localised australian/nz version

yes the project was originally started in vw11 (maybe even vw10.5)
