Hi, I'm new to Vectorworks and wondered if someone could help me out.
I have an elevation (Elevation A) that is repeated in several different drawings with different ways of cropping it.
To be consistent with all the elevations, I've created a new file only with the Elevation A drawn.
In the Section file, I referenced this Elevation A and used Viewport to bring it in. This way I managed to crop the viewport as i need without redrawing/ pasting the Elevation A to all the drawings.
My question is when it comes to sheet file.
So in my sheet file, I referenced Section file and obviously, the Elevation A and cropped viewport are unreferenced and not seen in the sheet file anymore.
What is the best way to solve this so I don't need to re-reference and re-crop Elevation A for sheet file again?
Also, I assume there is no tool like cropping Symbol as we have in AutoCAD?
