Faceted Curves in hidden line views

I can't figure this out.  I'm trying to make a hidden line viewport of a model - all of the curves, no matter what smoothing angle I set the view always shows with the same number of facets.  How are we supposed to show circles/curves in a hidden line view?  This is Top view and the curves are simple polygons on a layer view

Faceting of 2D curves is based on Vectorworks Preferences:Edit pane:2D Conversion Resolution. It is probably set to Medium or Low. Set to to High or Very High and see if that helps.

Ah yes - how does one remember all these things!  It needed to be set to very high here for some reason.  Thanks as always to your help.

Except even set at Very High there are still problems - particularly with Hardscapes

Don't forget about the 3D Conversion Resolution. You can set this to Very High for Hidden Line rendering. Go to Tools>Options>Vectorworks Preferences>3D.

yes thanks - that didn't solve the problem,  Is is a Hardscape object and always shows this way with curves, no matter the setting

@lgoodkind it seems to be working fine for me with Hardscapes. Can you copy your Hardscape into a new file and send it to me so I can look into this for you?
