CraigC
Every time I select view in vectorworks it's always set to wireframe. I change it to view>rendering>openGL. Next time I come back to this view it's set to wireframe again. How do I change all views to always show openGL? Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
If you are using Saved Views, the rendering mode is saved (or can be saved) as part of the Saved View. If you have multiple saved views, the easiest way to change them is to go to the Organization Palette. Select all of the Saved Views you want to change and then click the edit button. From the Edit Saved View dialog box, uncheck the "Restore Render Mode and Options" box. Click OK. Now your Saved Views will use whatever rendering mode was set before they were invoked. zoomer
You can set what will happen when you switch between (2D Illustration) "Top Plan View" and a "3D" View in VW Settings or Quick Settings Bar (Click on the little Arrow on the right to add or delete Setting Icons displayed if needed) There are to Settings available : Render Mode (like OpenGL or Wireframe) Camera Mode (Perspective or Orthogonal) Quote Link to comment
TomKen
Look under TOOLS/OPTIONS/VECTORWORKS PREFERANCES 3D TAB. You can set the render mode when switching from top plan to 3d views. 2 Quote Link to comment
