Bruce Kieffer
How do I create the gap under the leaf and make the jams longer? I see the door leaf and jam as equal. If I make the gap, then the jam is not on the floor. Quote Link to comment
Markvl
@Bruce KiefferI haven't tried this but it's the only thing I can think of is that you could try making a custom leaf with a false gap at the bottom. Perhaps by adding a 1"+/- tall object without a fill or pen. Otherwise I don't think it's possible with the typical door parameters because the leaf (custom or otherwise) fills (stretches) in the space allotted for the leaf. But maybe there is a way. Anybody else know? 1 Quote Link to comment
Learning
Yes, this is possible. Go in to door settings and select threshold, turn threshold on and set all dimensions to zero (0) then turn on threshold below leaf and set to desired gap thickness. Return to model space to see result. 1 Quote Link to comment
Bruce Kieffer
@Learning Thanks, that works. Seem a bit goofy, but I guess mot architects don't care if an interior door does not show a gap at the bottom.I like realism! Quote Link to comment
