Thom
How do I reduce the size (overall physical) of the worksheet when changing sheet sizes, ie, when going from an 23 x 36 sheet to a 8.5 x 11? [ 01-22-2004, 02:29 PM: Message edited by: tvetter ] Quote Link to comment

Thom
Do you mean change font size. Tried that while online with tech support. Did not work. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted January 22, 2004 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted January 22, 2004 Yes, I mean font size, and sure it works. Here's how: 1. Open the worksheet in its own window. 2. Check to see that "database headers" is checked in the worksheet pull-down menu. 3. Click in the upper left header box to select all the worksheet cells. 4. Choose Format Text off the worksheet menu and set a smallish font size in the dialog. Click OK. 5. Set your columns to be narrower using the column headings. 6. Close the worksheet and you're done. Thom
That worked - thks. Now, how do I change the depth of the cell so the overall height of the worksheet is narrower. [ 01-23-2004, 12:05 PM: Message edited by: tvetter ] Quote Link to comment
