My apologies if this has been asked. Working in Spotlight (VW SP3 2019), I insert a title block and it does not appear. It shows as hashed outline until I go click (picture attached). Then it just shows as an orange title block border, without the title block itself. I am working off of a drawing created by a colleague so I don't know what changes he may have made as I've not had this issue before. Thanks in advance
