VW 2019 Network Licence - access via VPN - internet intermittent - will my VW stop working?

Hi,,

I have a VW 2019 Network Licence which I intend to access via VPN at home, on the train commuting etc.

On the train where my internet is intermittent, will my Vectorworks stop working if the internet drops out?

If it is a network license and the serial number starts with C or G, then yes it would cut out. E and B serial numbered licenses would not.

With our network license it is possible to borrow a license from the server.

If done like that we don´t need access to the server...

Or are there different network license servers?

Theyre the same license type, but Borrowing has to be enabled for the license, thats done through tech support or the local distributor but i dont know if it can be arranged temporarily for a trip.
