Are Service Select contact forms working?

I"m curious if anyone else has had issued contacting customer support through the Service Select contact forms. I sent a Support Request form last Friday and followed up with a general contact form yesterday and haven't had any responses. In the past I've always heard back rather quickly. I think this is the first time I've used the online contact forms since my Service Select was taken over by Vectorworks Canada.

I am not finding any requests from you here, but we have been getting other requests all week. Can you re-submit the request now and I will check right away to make sure it is taken care of?

Hi Joe,

Thanks for your followup. I've resubmitted my Support Request through the Service Select portal. It gave me the confirmation number VSS-83442.

I'll be curious to know if it goes through.
