Marzii
Hello, I just tried rendering something with Renderworks but it was all blank. I have seen that a couple of people had this problem before but there was no real solution posted. What steps can I do to solve the problem? On the picture you can (or can not) see a wall with an opening. Greetings Marcel Quote Link to comment
Kevin Allen
Os this on a design Layer? Quote Link to comment
Marzii
I do have two layers. One for my pdfs and one for the building Quote Link to comment
Kevin Allen
There is a known bug in some versions of VWX where the render in a design layer will fail. Try creating a sheet layer VP and render there. Quote Link to comment
Marzii
Same problem on the sheet layer EDIT: Also tried different projects. Same issue. So it is not project-related. Edited March 2, 2019 by Marzii Quote Link to comment

Kevin Allen
VWX will not let me open student edition files. Quote Link to comment
Marzii
That's a bummer but it's true.. I might send it to another student to see whether the file or my vectorworks installation is broken. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted March 4, 2019 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted March 4, 2019 Does the same render issue occur after a full restart of your machine? Quote Link to comment
Guest Selin
What is your image compression setting? Try changing it from Preferences>Edit>Default compression to PNG. We have a known bug about JPEGs in SP2. Quote Link to comment
