I have just installed Vectorworks 2019 in my PC under Windows 10 and I am having issues downloading the packages with the package manager. Basically I receive a message that says: Network error. Unable to download package information. Retry?
I thought it could be a problem with the Windows firewall but I have included the Package manager in the exceptions and even switched off the firewall but still not connecting.
