Micel
Hi All Could anybody help with a problem I'm having? I've recently downloaded a trial version of VW 2019 (I use VW 2017 Fundamentals) to see what the benefits are if I upgrade...one of the benefits being that of the Heliodon Tool. It's being working great until I got to this particular render - which leaves me with "Pink Shadows" does anyone know why this is? Any help would be appreciated... Cheers Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted February 4, 2019 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted February 4, 2019 Same issue if you reboot? If you delete all heliodons in that file, then create a new class with no default attributes and create a new heliodon in that class, does the same pink color appear? Quote Link to comment
zoomer
Heliodons never liked Solid Fills applied from Classes. That would tint them. In recent VW Versions Heliodons can even tint for arbitrary reasons. But then the old behavior of getting tinted by Fills can help. Apply a white solid Fill to your Heliodon, by attributes or class. This will reset the tint. After that you could delete the tint again. But maybe it is more safe to always "fill" Heliodons, with a white color, in todays VW. Quote Link to comment
