At very least I would think it would be a minority situation. Why can't walls come capped on both ends - and then simply lose their cap if they are joined?

Why would anybody ever want an uncapped wall?
At very least I would think it would be a minority situation. Why can't walls come capped on both ends - and then simply lose their cap if they are joined?
