I CAN'T ACCESS MY SERIAL NUMBER IN THE TRIAL PERIOD

Hi. My name is Melissa Araujo and I'm from Brazil. Today, I've uploaded the Vectorworks software as an student. I have read that in meantime that I expect for the approval, I can use the software in the trial period for 30 days. When I try to get the serial number, I can not find this number. I searched for and did not find it. On the screen, shows that I have to get the serial number "below", but this one never shows up.

I need to use this software urgently, so I'll appreciate it if you could answer me quickly. Thank you for your support!

Your trial key should be emailed automatically to the email you used to sign up for the trial with, however you will have to contact them directly if you don't see it, I do not have admin control over accounts in Brazil:
