components in a worksheet

Question

if you draw walls with components, you can later in your spreadsheet the quantities on the basis of this component. However, if you remove this wall from your drawing, you will no longer be able to select the component even if the wall is still in your resources. That way you can not make a template spreadsheet. It would be better if you could select all the components of the walls that are in your auxiliary sources instead of just the components that are drawn in your drawing. Or is there an other way to do this.
