'Project Revision History' worksheet should have marker for unrevised drawings

Question

It would be useful to be able to issue drawings that don't yet have a revision number/letter. At the moment doing this creates a blank field in the worksheet.

 

Conventionally, a drawing issue sheet would use a tick-mark, a small dash, asterix or similar to indicate that a not-yet-revised drawing has been issued. It could look something like what I have shown below. I've used a black dot for this example.
