Front Viewport not croping.

Hello Folks 

 

Have a issue when I try to create a viewport in front view in VW19 spotlight. 

 

When I use the rectangle tool like I do in Top/Plan view to create the viewport in front view (or any view apart from top/plan)  I don't get the pop up asking if I want to use the object as a viewport. It goes to the create viewport pop up. When It creates the sheet layer the whole drawing is displayed in the viewport.  I cant edit the crop in the sheet layer. 

 

What I am I doing wrong ?

Make sure the rectangle is set to Screen Plane and not a different plane in the OIP
