Student licence renewal

Hi! I tried to renew my student license, but it doesn't work.  Specifically, each time  I had completed installment, a window pops up saying that "Vectorworks cannot be activated because your software license has expired", although I installed the renewed student license. I have provided my proof of enrollment as well. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions how to deal with this issue?

Looks like it was approved just recently, retry launching Vectorworks and activating now and let me know if it still gives you an error.

i am try to renew my licence, when I try to do it, it dose not let me it says '' according to our records, u already have an educational licence, but it expired i have tried everything, I don't known what to do now, it dose not let open my work, i need a new licence
