Renderstyle settings

Hi,

 

I have a question about some custom renderworks style.

I'm trying a lot of settings but nothing really works well. 

I'm searching for 2 kind of styles 1) a good realistic renderworksstyle and 2) a more sketchy style as well.

For the realistic one now I just rendered it in final. And somebody rendered it in Cinema afterwards see images.

But it has to be possible to finetune this in customs as standard?

 

Can somebody help me with the settings and the lightning.
