ida Posted November 15, 2018 Share Posted November 15, 2018 Hi, A colleague has updated to Mojave and is working on 2018 SP5. She can no longer edit the title block. Our title blocks are symbols with record formats. When she tries to edit the file locks and she has to restart the program. The workaround is to put a white square over and write on top of it. Not a good solution in the long run. No one else have updated to Mojave because of all the issues she is experiencing. Most projects still run on 2018 not 2019. Ida Quote Link to comment
0 Kevin McAllister Posted November 15, 2018 Share Posted November 15, 2018 (edited) Make sure your colleague has updated to 2018 SP5.1(Build 461124). There was a supplemental SP after SP5. A SP6 is still expected as neither VW2018 or VW2019 are considered fully compatible with Mojave. Best Regards, Nikolay Zhelyazkov I hate to revive a nearly year old thread, but I'm having the same issue with one machine in my department we've updated to Mojave. The work around seems to be switching to the Shape tab on the Object Info palette, clicking our title block & then switching over to the Data tab and then filling our title block out. This has to be done every time or VW locks up. The machine in question is running Mojave 10.14.6 & VW 2018 SP6 (checking for updates shows this to be the latest) Anything we can do here besides move up to VW 2019 or 2020? Quote Link to comment
