Am I missing something? Renderworks does not work on windows 10 pc

I am trying to migrate my VW 2019 to a Windows PC.

It mostly works the same as on my iMac, but Renderworks renderings produce all white images, and HDRI images do not produce a reconizable preview in the ressources window.

Am I missing something?

Did you use the installer to put Vectorworks on this new machine, or did you move it from another machine manually? Reply back with this as well from that machine please:

Somehow the issue has resolved itself.
