Viewport / sheet layers content missing

Hello, 

I just migrated to 2019, and when I open my files content is missing in the sheet layers. When I go back to the design layer the content is definitely there. It also appears when I zoom in and out (see video), and it does print. But I can't see it in the viewport! The annotation also disappear. It seems to be completely random from on sheet layer to another. Sometime the title block is missing too. Can someone help please? I can't work...

I might just have found the solution myself: 

Tools > option > vw preference > display: navigation graphics 'good performance and compatibility'.

Thanks for the follow-up. My first thought was to check the viewport's layer and/or class visibility settings in the Object Info pallet. These settings have changed on their own in the past... at least for me.

Thanks for sorting this. I know if was years ago but I had such problems with stuff not working in 2019 I reverted to 2018 until Jan this year. We have learned to always run software a year behind so most bugs can be resolved. Just now start on VW2020 and this fixed a major annoyance. 

 

(Also, could VW not have chosen a different colour for the taskbar logo? We had black last year too!)

@Mia Casa I keep the three most recent versions of VW and Vision on my computer.  2019-2021 of both softwares use black for their logos.  So, on my taskbar there are three identical logos followed by three more identical logos.  Might be worth a feature request for 2022 to use a different color.

You can change the vw icon with custom colours. See this post:
