Student Licence Expired

Hi - When I open up Vectorworks, it's telling me that my student licence has expired, even though I've tried to update it on the system to confirm that I still have another year of study. Please can someone help me get an extension on this? Thanks

Doesn't look like anything you've done wrong, I am not able to edit your account as I would expect either. It's requesting that you update your info but everything seems to be in order already. Contact tech@vectorworks.net (make sure to include the email you signed up with) and they can take a closer look.
