VW 2019 crash when open VW2018-files (or older)

I installed VW2019 and it crash all time when I open a VW2018 (or older) document. Some documents which contains only truss symboles work fine. As soon I try to open a document which contain a complex truss structure including decoration,... it crash. In VW2018 all works fine. I have had the hope that with SP1 for 2019 it would be solved but didn't work....any idea what the problem might be?

What computer, which operating system?

- Windows 10, Intel i7, 16GB RAM, SSD Harddrive, Nvidia GTX1060Ti (Fujitsu E920)
- Windows 10, Intel i7, 16GB RAM, SSD Harddrive, Nvidia GTX 1050 (Microsoft Surface Book Pro 2)

- Windows 10, Intel i7, 16GB RAM, SSD Harddrive, Nvidia NVS5400 (Lenovo T530)
On all Vectorworks 2018 runs without any issue.
