I've just downloaded Vectorworks 2019 and I noticed that in inserting a lighting instrument into the drawing, no matter how what angle I pivot the instrument before clicking the second time, it will only insert at a 0 degree angle. This is only true for hybrid symbols, the insertion of 2D symbols still retains rotation angle set at insertion. I have toggled off the default insertion angle in the spotlight preferences, and I had migrated all settings from the previous version of Vectorworks, so I'm nit sure if it's a bug or it's some new feature I can't find?
