VW 2019 crashes when viewing worksheets

Just started using VW 2019 fundamentals (after upgrading) and the program crashes every time I try to open a sheet with a worksheet on it. I tried creating a new document and adding a new worksheet, that worked, then I tried to place the worksheet in the window and it crashed instantly. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? I tried checking for updates but I have the latest version.

I also have worksheet issues - the program (Architect) doesn't crash, but worksheets on sheet layer annotations show up in the wrong place till I change the zoom level. This happens with new 2019 files as well as older ones that have been updated. Not sure what's up?

Just using evaluation software and got this roadblock too.

I haven't seen any problems with worksheets in 2019.  I wonder if you have a corrupted file.  Or if you're using hardware or an OS that 2019 isn't happy with.

 

If you suspect it's a corrupted file, post it here or send it in a PM.

I am also having an issue in switching from Sheet Layer to Design Layer....VW keeps crashing.  This is a new problem and I'm up to date with my software.

@michaelk I'm on Windows 10 pro so that's probably not the issue and I tried about 5 different files before thinking it could be the software causing the problem.
