Palette Margins

I have three columns of palettes on the lefthand side of the desktop and everytime I open a drawing I have to adjust the view so the drawing isn't under the third column. I've set Palette Margins to left but I need to find out how to accommodate three columns to avoid the overlap. Anyone know a solution?

Hi Don,

Setting the option to "Left", and maximizing the window allows for a two tool-wide palette space. Unfortunately, this is the default behaviour of VectorWorks and cannot be changed.

the vw default for a new window is always the same size, it seems to me. but when you open an existing file it is supposed to open where you set it up at the last session, thats what i find anyway...
