Kristen Posted November 30, 2004 Share Posted November 30, 2004 I would like to workgroup referrence 5 layers of my master to a new file. I can set up the reference OK. When I try to update the reference, though, VW "unexpectedly quits." This happens whether I'm already in the file and update manually, or whether I open the file and VW tries to update automatically. It's not an excessively large drawing -- we've done this many times in previous versions of VW. VW11.0.1 OS10.3.4 Quote Link to comment
jfmarch Posted December 1, 2004 Share Posted December 1, 2004 maybe you should try a new file and reference just one layer at a time to see if one of the layers in the reference file is 'corrupted'. if you don't have this problem in other files, or in the reference file, there might be some buggy object in one of the referenced layers...
