Dimension text offset

I've searched the forum and kbase but can't find an answer.  Sorry if I missed it.

I want the text offset of my dimensions to be 0", but I can't find a field in the dimension preferences to do this.  I can make the change to a dimension in the OIP, but I want the text offset to default to 0".

In the Standard Workspaces

File:Document Settings:Document Preferences

From the Dimensions pane, click the Custom button.

From the Custom Dimensions dialog box click the New... button. You will create a new custom Dimension Standard based on the currently active standard. Name it and then select it and click the Edit button.

You will then be able to change all of the default offsets about the dimension.

This screen shot is based on the Architectural standard.
