ProDandi Posted September 8, 2018 Share Posted September 8, 2018 Hello, As my student licence was about to expire (version 2017), I decided to refresh it with the new version 2018. Unfortunatly that was about 1 week ago and I still did not get any reply to my request. As I have to continue to work with vectorworks I requested an extension for my current version 2017, but for that as well I still did not get any response. So I would like to know how long I have to wait for either of them, most preferably I would like to get the update to version 2018. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

However, this license was issued through Design Express, so you would have to check with them specifically. I can only fully admin US, UK and Canadian licenses. Quote Link to comment
