For the love of all things holy,  PLEASE let this become real.    It has caused me numerous force-quits.     Adding a tolerance would be amazing!  A lot of DWG's I import (Venues) don't have perfect matching lines.  Upvoted!

Or at least a way of escaping out of it.

There are similar areas to this in VWX.  (accidentally hitting Shift, Command E and rendering the whole drawing whilst just trying to rotate something) where a quick escape would be useful

I think the only escape is to go multicore. Whenever VW uses a single core, there's no way to break out a process. The example you describe is similar since the geometry portion of the rendering process is still single core.

Yes. I would use this function much more if it wasn't prone to meltdown.  I like the tolerance feature as well.

It would also be nice if one could choose to ignore hidden classes when one was using this tool in the Annotation Layer. A week or two ago I had this very interesting result where the tool seemed to ignore some things but created a polygon with dozens of outlines of chairs & demoed walls.

There's a problem with bleed through snaps too.... I wonder if they're related. The paint bucket should be way more accurate in annotations than it currently is.
