multiple Viewports

I would like to be able to have the multiple viewports "Use same visibilities in a few panes and not others. Currently its either all same or all not. Say i want 2 with same and 2 not.

I'm not sure I get this request. I  have a Sheet View with seven viewports Title, Thumbnail of project, small render of the project in open GL, Two plans in 2D and two elevations in hidden line. Are you referring to something else?

Alan's wish is related to the Multi View Pane feature added to the drawing window in VW2018 (link). Its not related to sheet layers. He wants to be able to have two panes have the same class/layer settings.
