Inverting leader line and annotation colors

I struggle with this one and add awhite arrow ontop as a work around, which isnt't very handy ...

Not sure if this could also be made to work in the Annotation Layer for Images. Right Now I duplicate the leader line only & make it White with a giant arrow, then bring the leader line to the front on Photos.
