digitalcarbon Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 It seems that the BIM manager, making a model and hoping everyone will log in and harvest is not the way things are working out. The BIM Manager needs to be a reality show host. I make 1-4 videos a week. (3-5 min) This send everyone scurrying and discussing the questions that have been raised. Then, the team gets the information back to me by way of emails, Skype, sketches etc…then I remodel and issue another video… When the dust settles on an area, THEN I make drawings and post to Bluebeam Review. Note the image below...They may understand "Its a support system" BUT, not many people are going to understand the "WHY" of what they see, even IF they could fly around a model. 1 Quote Link to comment
