VW2017 Chinese Version SP4 Mac OS X freeze when startup

Dear All,

 

Anyone meet the same problem? freeze in the following screen over 10 mins.

I tried re-install, reset preference file. (plist)

 

VW Version: VW2017 Chinese Version SP4 Mac

OS: MAC OS X High Sierra 10.13.6

Model: MacBookPro9,1, BootROM MBP91.00DA.B00, 4 processors, Intel Core i7, 2.7 GHz, 16 GB, SMC 2.1f175
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000, Intel HD Graphics 4000, Built-In
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M, PCIe
 

I have tried to use a brand new macbook pro to installed, but still is freeze.
