Batch Revisions not updating on title sheets

Has anyone else noticed that when doing a batch revision with the Title border on a sheet, only the sheet that is active at the time is updated and you manually have to pick each sheet and select the title border , select the revisions and 'click' on the OK before the 'current revision number' on the sheet is updated?

 

Also, when doing a batch pdf export and selecting the current revision number to be appended - the pdf file is invariably named with 'none' as the suffix and not the revision letter.

 

I am using 2018 SP3 (Build 418943)

I've noticed that changing a field value in a drawing schedule will not update the corresponding title border unless one double clicks it and selects "ok". If there are schedule changes regarding multiple sheets, all sheets have to be processed this way, individually. Kind of negates the idea of an interactive drawing schedule.

 

This behavior surfaced with the new 2018 title block, previously everything updated correctly.
