lgoodkind Posted June 7, 2018 Share Posted June 7, 2018 I'm having trouble with complex Civil files where the x-referenced files are in the same folder however VWorks is looking for them in the wrong location. Does anyone have a solution to this problem or encountered it before? I've attached screen shots showing the file structure and the VWorks error. Thanks in advance for any help. Quote Link to comment
Art V Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 The Xrefs are in subfolders relative to the main file. If you drag the dwgs out of the subfolders to the same folder as the main file and then try to import again, does it then also import the Xrefs into the main file? Otherwise you will have to recreate the xref structure in the main Vectorworks file by referencing the created VWX files that are in the xref subdirectories as Vectorworks apparently did not do this automatically.
