Ben Hammett
I'm trying to download the mac updater but nothing is happening. When I hit the download button I just get the black and white spinning circle which stays up for as long as I don't move the mouse - the download manager does nothing. I'm probably missing somthing blindingly obvious - but what? Thanks, Ben. PS :- Im running IE 5.2.3 on OS X.3.5 Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
How about right mouse click (control-click) and save target save... also check the download manager to see if is downloading... Quote Link to comment
Ben Hammett
Thanks Jonathan - I couldn't get that to work either, the best IE could do was to open the link in a new window.... Empty. Tried again with Safari - no problems at all! Cheers, Ben. Quote Link to comment
Ricardo
I had to download it using Netscape, IE seems to have problems downloading from this site Ricardo Quote Link to comment
Guest
THis is a known issue with Internet Explorer. If you choose to use IE, as noted above - simply right click or control click and select DOwnload to disk in the popout box. The download works fine in Safari and Netscape. This is only a problem on the Mac platform. Quote Link to comment
