I know this has been covered in various ways.

Is there a way to find out how large symbols are in your file?

I'm working with a 60mb file that shouldn't be larger than a few mb. I've found a couple of symbols that are taking up 36 mb but I can't seem to track down the rest.

Is there a way to show a list of all the symbols are their sizes?

Not that I have found. Normally I take symbols either one at a time or in chunks and import them to a new blank file, then save that file and check it's size when im hunting for unnecessarily dense/large/complex symbols.
