Dot instead of dash

Recommended Posts

If it picks the date from the system date/time then you most likely need to change the settings of your computer's date/time notation to use dots instead of dashes. If the date record field is formatted as a number of date type then it will by default use the system date settings for the notation.

The alternative is to change the date field type of the title block record to a plain text field so that you have to type it manually and then you can use dots without having to change your system settings.

It would be nice if it would be possible to define custom number formats like you can in a spreadsheet.
