2nd story not aligned

I have created a first floor on one layer, then a second floor on a second layer.  The two are aligned in plan, but not in Isometric.  I have created a two story before without this problem, why would they not be aligned in Iso while aligned in plan?  Thanks for the help!!

Could be that you accidentally deactivated "Unified View"

Here are shots of what is going on. The plan shows them aligned, but the Iso shows the second floor askew towards the bottom right.

Could it be that the Z height isn't correct between the 1st & 2nd Storeys ? A view from the Front or Side should show that pretty quickly.

Yes I'd say your design layer is set to the same, see attached, they should be set to the actual LEVEL in real world\ co-ordinates.
