allocating more memory

I know that OSX adjust memory by itself.

I'm still wondering if there's a way to allocate more memory to vector works.

I have OS 10.3.4 and vectorworks 11.

I have 768M of RAM, but it doesn't work flawlessly woth vectorworks-Vectorworks freezes for a couple of seconds sometimes.

I wish I can give more memory to Vetorworks

There are third party programs around that allow you to concentrate resources where you'd like them, such as:

However I doubt this would solve your problem. I know of two things that probably would: a more powerful processor or a clean reinstall of Mac OS X.

Bruce,

You may want to run disk utility to verify and repair disk permissions. If you haven't updated to the latest version of the OS, you should do that first.
