Creating a bitmap texture

Figured this one out:

gSDK->EditShaderRecord()

presents the above dialog if you pass a handle of an image shader. 

 

Using VWTextureObj and VWTextureShaderColorImageshImage, getting a handle to the shader record is fairly easy.
