Is there a way to move wall without breaking connections to other walls?

Try turning on "Connected Walls Mode" (last button of Mode bar with selection tool).

Beside this basic setting, you can easily drag Walls.

When you assign different positions by OIP, it may work or not, without destroying

connections, depending on Wall Connections Complexity.

 

But what always destroyed connections for me was to try to change the angle/rotation

of a Wall. Just to keep in mind that you may need to check and look closely if anything

went right after you needed such operations..
