Title Blocks - project / Sheet Items

Hi all, I have updated my title blocks for VW2018 however I can't seem to access the original data as I'd like to change one field from 'Sheet' to 'Project'. Do I need to make another record format for it or is the information elsewhere?

Updating your titleblocks will create a titleblock style, which is sort of a symbol/PIO.  You can edit the style by editing the titleblock in the resource manager.  From there, navigate to the titleblock pane, and edit the titleblock graphics.  Any and all of the text in your titleblock can be assigned a record field via the IOP dropdown.  You can create new record fields as well.  They will be assigned to Sheet, Revision, Issue, or Project, depending on what you choose.

Great thanks Grant_PD I'll check it out. I found the drop down but couldn't seem to edit my old items.

You need to select the text you want to bind to the record format, then make sure that the check box "link text" is selected.  Scroll through the drop down until you find the record you want and select it.
