Delta Save & Commits

If possible I'd like Save & Commits to be a delta operation.

 

While Checkout/Release are delta operations, Save & Commit are not. Save & Commit rewrite the entire file.

 

This little detail is a source of problems with Project Sharing. Certainly when we had somebody working from home without a good upload speed it made it pretty much unusable. It also doesn't work well with cloud services like Dropbox as they have to sync the entire file, which is not the case with Checkout/Release operations.

This sounds like a very good idea.

I'd like see project sharing move to a full version control system. Delta saves would add to that.
