Hi I’ve just started at KLC in Chelsea Harbour London on a new design course as a student . But because I’ve already been a student 2 yrs ago it’s not allowing me to extend or download again . The irony is I never used it 2 yrs ago (as my tutor wasn’t trained in Vectoreorks) but now it’s crucial to my course at KLC , please help ?

Most likely, some of these fields were not originally required on the main form when you first signed up and your account is hung waiting for them.
