I have not experimented with this much personally, but I am told that yes if you have a renderworks camera ACTIVE when you perform a panorama export, it should take Bloom and Exposure values set on that camera and apply them to the result. If it does not do that for you, let me know.

I am fairly certain that focus distance and vignette would be disabled since these effects would not make sense in a pano.
