Curtain Wall Tool seems really really slow

Question

I find the Curtain wall tool to be slow & buggy. Specifically any kind of edit seems to take for ever & in some instances the walls are not visible in plan only in a 3D view. (This is corrected upon a system shutdown & restart but that's a pain. I have taken to creating a blank file & referencing in curtain walls as my go to option. Is this a common problem?

Hmmh, I mentioned that earlier but no one took it seriously so I thought it might be a Mac only problem ?

I have found this to be especial true if one attempts to make a stepped curtain wall.

Same here. Curtain walls slow down the files and ultimately make them crash... We are using a kind of work around by make a very short curtain wall of one module, turning it into a symbol and duplicating them... a bit silly but haven't found yet any safer way.
